How to request scheduling?
The “Photo Services and Examples” page is where you will find the different photoshoot options and add on’s. You will find a file there to download and complete. Please review photoshoot options before filling out the form for the best outcome. Please email the Inquiry form with “Photoshoot Inquiry” in the subject bar. You can also download here:
What is the pricing?
The Pricing can be found in the Add On’s page as well as each Package Example Page. Each photoshoot package is priced differently and will vary dependent on what is included in the package. Each package is available to customize with add on’s, but each will affect the overall price. If you are working with a budget, I will happily work with you to form a custom package that helps meet your needs while staying within your budget.
How much is the Deposit/Retainer?
The deposit is 25% of the overall photography fee. It is paid at the signing of the Contract and official Booking. This deposit is the retainer that holds the date requested. Please see the Cancelation/Rescheduling below, or the contract’s liability clause for further details.
How do I Cancel or Reschedule?
You can Cancel at any time; however, the following policies apply:
If the Client Cancels: The Client may cancel the Contract at any time prior to the event. Upon cancellation, the Client will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid, except for the non-refundable deposit.
If the Client Reschedules: In the event that Client reschedules the photoshoot and the Photographer is able to rebook the original date, the Client will receive credit for all monies already paid. A new contract may be required going forward. The new package price will reflect pricing in effect when the date change occurs. In the event that the Client reschedules the session and the Photographer is not able to rebook the original date, the Client forfeits the retainer but will receive a credit for all other monies paid. In that case a new retainer will be required when the new session is rescheduled.
If the Photographer Cancels or Reschedules: The photographer can cancel and void the contract at any time. If cancellation is from a violation of the contract the photographer owes no return of deposit. If the photographer cancels prior to day of photoshoot for a personal or non-contractual violation, the photographer must do everything in their power to provide a suitable replacement. All monies minus expenses will be returned, to go to the replacement photographer. If a Second Photographer was contracted, their entire fee will be included in the subtracted expenses. Please see the Liability Clause in the signed contract for further details.
How long is a photoshoot?
Each photoshoot may be different, please look at the package details for exact lengths. However, most photoshoots start at 1 hour unless you are attending one of the photographers specialty mini sessions, in which the times will be provided for you in event details.
What is included in the package/photoshoot?

How do I request specific poses during my photoshoot?
You can request specific poses at any time, but it is requested that if possible, you provide a list or examples to the photographer before the photoshoot so we may review during our preparation. During the first meeting or during conversations with the photographer, you can share examples or requests. You may also email the photographer with “Pose Request – (insert Client Name)” in the Subject Bar. In this email you can attach photo examples or links for the photographer to review.
How is Payment handled?
The Deposit is due when the contract is signed and the booking is confirmed. The balance is due 30 days prior to event. If the event is booked with less than 30 days to the event, the balance is due 7 days prior to the photoshoot.
Payments can be made in Cash, Check, or via Venmo/CashApp. Please contact the Photographer for account details.
What happens if the photographer cancels? Or is unable to make the shoot?
The photographer can cancel at anytime due to emergency, unknown prior conflict, or contract violation. If photographer cancels prior to day of photoshoot for a non-violation reason, the photographer must do everything in their power to provide a suitable replacement.
If the Photographer is unable to perform any or all of the duties for any reason, including but not limited to: fire, transportation problems, accident, illness, technical problems, or acts of God, and if they cannot provide another competent professional or reschedule, all money received by Photographer, minus expenses, will be returned to Client. The Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. *Please note that if a second photographer was contracted to the photoshoot, their wages are included in the subtracted expenses.
What if I don’t like the edits or final results?
After you have received the images, you will have time to review and download them. The files will remain available to you for 1 month. There is no guarantee of archive after that point, but you may always reach out to the photographer to inquire after the allotted time.
During the time of review, if there are any edits that you are unsatisfied with, you may email the photographer with details and the photo file name. You may also make comments and reactions to specific photos through the review page. If you make a comment, please reach out to notify the photographer, as the site does not always send a notification of comment. The Photographer will then adjust the edit to meet the clients satisfaction, within the photographers editing style. These changes will be completed as quickly as possible, but guaranteed within 2 weeks after the request.
How do I contact the photographer with other questions?
If you have a question that was not answered here you may ask in the comments below. The Photographer will try their best to respond within 24 hours.
