Are you wanting to add something special to your Photoshoot or Event?
I offer many A la Carte options that can be added to any premade packages, or to create a custom photoshoot or custom event package.
Extra Time
$100/per hour added
If you are booking a simple photoshoot for portraits, couples, boudoir, etc. Extra time can be added by one hour increments. By adding time you are guaranteeing more photo results provided to you during your review period.
However, If you are booking for an event, there may be a package option that includes the additional time. Yes, I will Travel!!
If the location is 20 miles outside of the Spokane Valley, WA there is a $6/mile travel fee. If a second photographer is contracted and required to travel separately the fee is applied to their travel as well.
If the location is further than 80 miles outside of Spokane Valley, WA you may be covering travel expenses, ie. plane ticket, hotel, and a meal provided during photoshoot or event if longer than 5 hours.
Photo Prints
Dependent on size and Material
Pricing for prints is dependent on the size and material you are requesting. I can print both batches of photos in increments of 15 or individual photos for your home in custom sizes.
4×6 batch of 15: $100
5×7 batch of 15: $125
8×10 batch of 15: $150

Polaroid Previews
$100/ 8-10 polaroids
Do you want that instant satisfaction when you leave your photoshoot? I offer polaroids that are taken throughout your shoot that you get to take home with you when we are done! These are fun keepsakes to enjoy and share with others!
Wedding Guest Portraits
$1500
Wedding Guest Portraits are an unique experience for your guests, while giving them a keepsake from your event! You will get these same photos sent to you, which is a fantastic way to remember your family and friends who came to celebrate with you on your special day!
I spend roughly 5 minutes with each guest as they arrive to your venue. A formal portrait will be taken and sent to them and to you within 1 month of your wedding.
Engagement Announcements/ Wedding Invitations

I would love to make you some Announcements of your Engagement and Invitations for your Wedding Event!
Engagement Announcements: During the review process of your photos, I will have you choose 1-2 photos for the announcements. With these choices I will create 2 design options for you to choose from based off of your request.
$200/50 prints *prices may be adjusted for style of print
Wedding Invitations: During the Review Process of your photos, I will have you choose 1-2 photos for the Invitations. With these choices I will create 2 design options for you to choose from based off of your request.
If I already designed Engagement Announcements for you, this may be the same design slightly changed or new photos and new designs, all dependent on your requested design choice. Included in the Wedding Invitation Package are a details card, Itinerary, Directions, and RSVP Cards.
You will receive these printed for you and organized into separate bundles for easy packaging. Envelopes and stamps not included.
$500/100 Invitations Prints
All But Closed Package: Let me take a task off of your list! The “All But Closed” Package is an all inclusive Invitation package. After the Wedding Invitations are created, I will design your details card, Itinerary, Directions, and RSVP Cards to be included in the envelopes sent to your loved ones. I will also write out each envelope for you in this package. If you provide me your guest list, I will fill out and pack each envelope for you, and I’ll add the stamp! You will be sent these completed Invitations ready for you to review, close, and mail.
$2000/100 packed Invitations *Printed Invitations included in price
This package has an Engagement Announcement equivalent as well. Your designed and printed announcement completed for you. If requested, you can adjust this package to include any additional information or RSVP cards. If you provide me the mailing list, I will write out and pack each envelope for you, including the stamp! You will be sent these announcements ready for you to review, close, and mail.

Custom Wedding Album

I offer custom photo albums of your event. This add on includes a chat with you to confirm details, and confirmation before the official printing. I print through a third party company. Delivery of finished product is estimated 3 months after event.
Venue Stationary
Welcome Sign: $300 24″x36″ Canvas Printed Custom Design
Welcome Sign: $300 24″x36″ Custom Design Painted Glass Sign, price may change for more sophisticated designs, subject to Artist’s discretion.
Itinerary: $200 Custom Itinerary Sign to guide your guest through your event.
Guest Place Cards: $300/ 100 guests, this can be customized for number of guests.
Menu Card: $200 (1)large print, $100 small table (10)cards.
Custom Photo Guest Book: $500. This is a custom photo book filled with your engagement photos. These specialty designs allow for your family and friends to engage and share their well wishes with you.

Themed or Holiday Photoshoot
If you are looking to do a themed photoshoot for a holiday or special request, it is booked as a custom package. Please complete the “Inquiry Form” and email it to connect.marisa.west@gmail.com with details of location, time, number of people photographed, theme, and at least 3 examples attached so I can see your desired outcome. You will receive a response within 7 days, including an estimated price breakdown.
Second Photographer
Dependent on time required for the Event
A Second Photographer is contracted dependent on the photoshoot or event. This is something you can add yourself, but most additions of a second photographer will be because the size of your event needs more coverage than one person can manage. If a Second Photographer is required, a contract and invoice will be created detailing the fee. The Second Photographer is automatically added to any Wedding Photography Bookings. The Second Photographer also has a retainer deposit (25% of fee) to secure the booking of your photoshoot or event.
